Detailed Rules And Conditions Of Order Execution And Payment Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz: Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Annexes. 5. Payment Terms:5.1. Details Regarding Payment Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To Swz.5.2. Payment Deadline: Up To 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of A Correctly Issued Invoice To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.6. The Order Is To Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template).8. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Terms Of Reference. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Price Of The Offered Service In Accordance With The Price Calculation Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form. 9. The Subject Of The Order Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of Order Conditions. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 10. Duration Of The Contract: 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Details Regarding The Deadline And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
