1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service - Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To The Municipal Nursery Gryfu In Bia ogard, From Monday To Friday, Except For Days Off When The Nursery Is Closed.2. The Estimated Number Of Meals Is 96 Per Day - Breakfast, Lunch (Soup And Main Course), Afternoon Snack. The Final Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Childrens Attendance. The Demand For A Given Day Will Be Submitted By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party By 7.30 A.M. On A Given Day. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide Information Regarding The Number Of Children Fed On A Given Day By Telephone.3. During Holidays Or Winter Breaks, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Number Of Meals Depending On The Number Of Children Attending The Nursery.4. Type Of Meals: 1) Breakfast: A) Milk Soup (With Pasta, Millet Flakes, Corn Flakes, Oat Flakes, Barley Flakes, Semolina, Corn Porridge), B) Sandwiches Made Of Various Bread, I.E. Wheat, Wholemeal, Spelled, Rye, Mixed, Butter, Cold Meats (Meat Meats Are Excluded), Cheese, Spreads, Jams, Honey, Eggs, Vegetables, Scrambled Eggs, Salads, Fruit. You Should Bring Ready-Made Sandwiches, C) Drinks Such As: Herbal Tea, Fruit Tea, Lemon Tea, Cocoa, Cereal Coffee, 2) Lunches: Two-Course Dinner, Which Includes: A) 1St Course: Soup, B) 2Nd Course : Potatoes (Alternatively: Rice, Barley, Buckwheat, Millet, Etc.), Meat Dishes (Stewed, Boiled Or Baked; Fried At Most Once A Week, E.G. Piece Of Meat, Minced Cutlet, Meatballs, Chicken Leg, Pork Cutlet , Poultry Fillet, Goulash, Etc.) And Salad, Fish And Salad, Flour Dishes: Russian Dumplings, Dumplings With Cheese, Dumplings With Fruit, Pancakes With Cheese, Dumplings, Pasta With Cheese, Lazy Dumplings, Potato Dumplings And Salad, E.G. With Sauerkraut , Drinks - Compote,3) Afternoon Snacks: A) Buns, Shortcrust Cookies, Cereal Cookies, Yeast Cakes With Fruit Or Other Homemade Cakes, Pound Cakes, Puddings, Jellies, Fruit Cocktails, Sandwiches, Yogurts, Fruit, Jellies, B) Juices, Milk, Teas, Fruit Salads, Waffles.5. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Weight And Nutritional Value Of Meals Should Be Consistent With The Guidelines Developed By The Person Responsible For Preparing Menus In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Units Of The System. Education And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154).2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With With The Guidelines Received From The Ordering Party (E.G. Meals With Recommendations For A Dairy-Free And Gluten-Free Diet, Taking Into Account The Individual Needs Of Allergy Sufferers). 3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Periodically Check The Compliance Of The Delivered Meals With The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Weight And Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature Of The Delivered Meals: A) Soups - Temperature 77 C (+/-2 C), B) Second Course - Temperature 65 C (+/-2 C),C) Cold Dishes (Raw Salads, Cold Cuts, Desserts) - Temperature 30C (+/-2 C),D) Hot Drinks - 80 C (+/- 2 C).4) When Preparing The Menu, The Contractor Is Obliged To Co-Create It With A Dietician. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Decade Menus To The Nursery No Later Than Monday Of The Previous Week For The Next Week - Signed By The Contractor And The Dietitian. Any Change In The Menu On The Part Of The Contractor Requires The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party.5) Meals Must Have The Required Caloric Value And Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art For Public Catering.6) Meals For Children Attending The Nursery Should Be Adapted In Terms Of The Products Used And The Form In Which They Are Served Depending On The Age Of The Children.7) The Contractor Ensures That Meals Are Provided In A Proper Condition (Hot, Fresh, Tasty And Aesthetic Meals) And Properly Selected For The Age Of The Children.8) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of The Service, I.E. Change Both The Composition And Type Of Meals Prepared/Delivered On A Given Day, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Informed 2 Business Days In Advance. In Special Situations, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Notify The Contractor Of A Different Method Of Preparing Meals - Packed Lunches, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Them, After Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Date And Method Of Making The Required Deliveries.9) Delivered Meals Should Be Delivered By The Contractors Own Air-Conditioned Transport Adapted To Transport Food. , At Your Own Expense, In Specialized Thermoses And Thermoboxes, Ensuring That The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Food Transported To The Nurserys Meal Serving Point Are Maintained. Meals Will Be Served In The Nurserys Own Utensils.10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Thermoses Every Day After Meals And Wash And Steam Them.11) The Contractor Collects Post-Consumer Waste.12) The Contractor Is Ready To Implement The Subject Of The Order In The Event Of Disruption Of The Technological Process (For Reasons Beyond Its Control). , Lack Of Electricity, Lack Of Water, Etc.) Meals Produced. The Contractor Should Have An Agreement With The Catering Company To Use The Production Kitchen In The Event Of The Above-Mentioned. Failure.13) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect And Store Samples Of All Dishes Included In Each Meal In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545).14) The Contractor Will Provide Documentation Confirming The Number Of Meals Delivered.15) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Inspections During The Preparation Of Meals At The Place Of Their Production Indicated By The Contractor. For Deficiencies Revealed During The Inspection, E.G. Of The District Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Resulting From The Service Provided By The Contractor, The Consequences Of Which Will Include, Among Others: Fines And Penalties Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.16) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Bears Full Civil And Financial Liability For The Quality Of The Meals Delivered And The Consequences Resulting From Negligence In Their Preparation And Transport, Which May Have A Negative Impact On The Health Of Fed Children.17) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safe Products. In Accordance With Haccp Standards.18) Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Children Aged 12 Months To 3 Years And The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products.19) The Contractor Must Have An Opinion Of The Competent State Sanitary Inspectorate On The Possibility Of Meeting The Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements For The Production Of Meals.6. Meals: Breakfasts, Lunches, Afternoon Teas Will Be Served According To The Following Cycle: 1) Delivery Of Breakfasts, Collection Of Dishes From The Previous Day - 8.00 A.M. 2) Delivery Of Lunches, Collection Of Dishes After Breakfast - 11.00 A.M. 3) Delivery Of Afternoon Snacks, Collection Of Lunch Thermoses - 13.00.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Hours Of Meal Delivery.8. The Ordering Partys Employees Will Handle The Distribution Of Meals To The Rooms.9. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Undertakes That Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, Consisting In The Direct Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Persons Preparing And Delivering Meals, Will Be Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract - Detailed Requirements Are Included In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 6 ).
