Admissibility Of Participation Of Subcontractors: The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of The Order To Subcontractors. In The Event Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Using Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate Those Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors (By Completing Point Iii Of The Offer Form), If Known. In The Absence Of Such Information In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Intends To Perform The Order Without The Participation Of Subcontractors. Information Regarding The Procedure: The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Use Of Option Rights. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Submitting Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction (Article 308(1) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Procedure Is Not Conducted For The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Or Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure Or Granting Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Contract.
