Permissible Weight Together With Attached Equipment (Plow And Sand Spreader) From 2 Tons To 3 Tons (Contractors Accessories) Maximum Number Of Hours In The Season - 120 Classification Of Works According To Cpv: 90620000-9 Snow Removal Services90630000-2 Ice Removal Services2. For The Above Task, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Order And Change The Maximum Number Of Contracted Hours According To The Actual Needs Resulting From The Prevailing Weather Conditions Or The Condition Of The Surface Of Provincial Roads, Without Changing The Maximum Remuneration, Within The Entire Task, I.E. Within All Seasons. The Minimum Remuneration Of The Contractor Resulting From From Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To Above, Will Amount To Not Less Than 25% Of The Maximum Remuneration Value.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Bills Of Quantities, Locations Of Services And The Technical Specification Of Service Conditions Related To The Operation Of Equipment For Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks, Constituting An Annex To This Swz, And In A Way That Guarantees The Proper Quality Of The Services Provided. The Scope Of Services Includes: A) Combating Slipperiness And Snow Removal Of Sidewalks/Bicycle Paths In Accordance With Winter Maintenance Standards Established By The Ordering Party (Constituting An Annex To The Technical Specification For The Conditions Of Services Related To The Operation Of Equipment For Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks/Bicycle Paths) And Bill Of Quantities Of Services. B) Constant Maintenance Readiness Of The Equipment Intended For The Implementation Of The Agreement Together With Its Operation In The Period From October 30, In 2023, 2024, 2025, Until The End Of The Provision Of Services Covered By The Agreement In The Seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, I.E. By 30 April In 2024, 2025 And 2026. C) Providing Equipment To Enable The Ordering Party To Control Its Preparation At The Place And Time Indicated By The Ordering Party, After The Contractor Has Reported Readiness, In Accordance With Point Iii.7 Of The Technical Specification. D) Providing It At Its Own Expense And Its Own Efforts To Provide Current, Repair And Overhaul Services For The Equipment Intended To Provide The Services Covered By The Agreement.
