1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For The Jan D ugosz University In Cz stochowa.2. The Purchaser Does Not Allow Partial Submissions. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That It Constitutes A Whole In Organizational Terms. Moreover, The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principle Of Fair Competition By Limiting Access To The Order For Small Or Medium-Sized Enterprises.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order).4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.5. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor, I.E. The Entity With Which He Concluded A Subcontracting Agreement As Defined In Art. 7 Point 27 Of The Public Procurement Law.6.
