(Regardless Of The Source) Along With The Entrances To The Property, 2) Ongoing Maintenance Of Bus Shelters By Washing The Shelters As Needed, Sweeping And Collecting Waste In And Around The Shelters, 3) Spraying Herbicides To Eliminate Growing Grass And Weeds On Sidewalks, At The Edges And Curbs As Needed, 4) Cleaning Of Fallen Leaves And Inflorescences, Branches And Windfalls, Including Transport To The Landfill, 5) Washing Benches In Road Lanes On An Ongoing Basis, 6) Repairing Damaged Benches Made Of The Ordering Partys Material (Replacement Damaged Elements, E.G. Boards), 7) Maintenance Of Benches Located In Sidewalks By Painting Them By May 31, 2024 Each Year Using The Contractors Material, 2. Additionally, In The Winter: 1) Ongoing Snow Removal From Sidewalks And Property Entrances, 2) Eradication Slippery And Black Ice In A Way That Ensures Safe And Unimpeded Movement Of Pedestrians,3) Removing Snow From Places Within Pedestrian Crossings And Property Entrances,4) Clearing Snow, Combating Slipperiness And Black Ice Within Bus Shelters,5) Removing Excess Snow Causing Difficulties In Pedestrian Movement (E.G. Obstruction Of Visibility, Narrowing Of Alleys And Sidewalks). Ii. Maintaining Cleanliness And Caring For Greenery In Road Lanes In The City Of Rawa Mazowiecka.1. When The Grass Reaches A Height Of 10 Cm Along With Collecting The Mown Material, But At Least Once Every Two Weeks, 3) Caring For The Existing Trees In Street Belts (Watering New Plantings, Fertilization, Removal Of Deadwood, Removal Of Suckers, Forming Cuts Within Tree Crowns As Needed), 4) Care Of Shrubs Existing In Street Lanes (Watering New Plantings, Fertilization, Removal Of Dried Fruit, Pruning), 5) Care Of Existing Shrubs In Street Lanes Perennials (Watering New Plantings, Fertilizing, Removing Dried Flowers And Inflorescences),6) Debarking (The Ordering Partys Material) At The Request Of The Ordering Party,7) Removing Dead Trees Including Rootwood,8) Removing Trees In Accordance With The Permits Held By The Ordering Party,9) Sowing Grass With Material From The Contractor,10) Removing Windbreaks,11) Raking And Removing Leaves In Autumn,12) Trimming Branches From Neighboring Properties At The Request Of The Employer,13) Cooperation With The Energy Company In The Field Of Felling/Trimming Trees,14) Planting New Trees And Shrubs Made Of The Ordering Partys Material,15) In The Event Of The New Plantings Drying Out, The Ordering Party May Call On The Contractor To Replace A Given Planting, I.E. A Tree/Shrub At The Contractors Expense,16) Eliminating Suckers On Trees And Stumps As Needed,17) Trimming Trees And Shrubs Covering Road Signs And Limiting Visibility For Vehicles,18) Waste Removal (Raked Timber, Cut Trees, Trimmed Branches And Solid Waste) Along With Transport To A Waste Landfill Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense,19) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Wood From Felling, Clearing And Tree Care To The City Hall In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Or Its Development In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Decision.
