(Regardless Of The Source) Along With The Entrances To The Property, 2) Ongoing Maintenance Of Bus Shelters By Washing The Shelters As Needed, Sweeping And Collecting Waste In And Around The Shelters, 3) Spraying Herbicides To Eliminate Growing Grass And Weeds On Sidewalks, At The Edges And Curbs As Needed, 4) Cleaning Of Fallen Leaves And Inflorescences, Branches And Windfalls, Including Transport To The Landfill, 5) Washing Benches In Road Lanes On An Ongoing Basis, 6) Repairing Damaged Benches Made Of The Ordering Partys Material (Replacement Damaged Elements, E.G. Boards), 7) Maintenance Of Benches Located In Sidewalks By Painting Them By May 31, 2024 Each Year Using The Contractors Material, 2. A Tree/Shrub At The Contractors Expense,16) Eliminating Suckers On Trees And Stumps As Needed,17) Trimming Trees And Shrubs Covering Road Signs And Limiting Visibility For Vehicles,18) Waste Removal (Raked Timber, Cut Trees, Trimmed Branches And Solid Waste) Along With Transport To A Waste Landfill Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense,19) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Wood From Felling, Clearing And Tree Care To The City Hall In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Or Its Development In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Decision.
