All Transports Provided In Accordance With This Call For Tenders Are Hospital Transports Carried Out By Ambulance. Central Uusimaa Welfare Area, Basic Level Tasks 4. It uusimaa Welfare Area, Basic Level Tasks 5. Hus Area, Care Level Tasks 6. Overflow Tasks The Division Of Huss Hospitals Into Welfare Areas Determines Which Sub-Area The Task Belongs To. The Hus Hospitals And Operating Units Located In The Regions Are Listed In The Service Description In The Appendices Of This Call For Tenders. The Tenderers Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That Sub-Areas 14 Concern The Ambulance Transportation Of Basic Level Tasks. Subarea 5 Concerns Medical Transport For Treatment-Level Tasks. Overflow Tasks Are Covered By Subarea 6. Since The Requirements Of The Subareas Are Different, They Are Subject To Different Reference Requirements, Which Are Specified Below In This Call For Tenders. The Provider Can Offer One Or More Sub-Areas. Bids Within Subdivisions Are Not Allowed. The Offers Are Compared For Each Sub-Area Separately. For Each Sub-Area, The Procurement Unit Selects Three (3) Bidders Who Have Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Bid. The Selected Bidders Are Arranged In Order Of Priority Based On The Overall Economic Advantage As The Main Service Provider And As The First (1St) And Second (2Nd) Backup Service Provider. Backup Service Providers Are Asked About The Possibility Of Participating In Service Production If Necessary. Backup Service Providers Have No Obligation To Prepare For A Service Request Or Keep Equipment Or Personnel On Standby Before Confirming A Separate Order. The Lowest Price Is The Basis Of The Overall Economic Advantage. The Requirements Set For The Quality Of The Service Are Taken Into Account In The Minimum Requirements. The Procurement Unit Also Reserves The Option Of Selecting Less Than Three (3) Service Providers Per Sub-Area, If Less Than Three Offers That Meet The Minimum Requirements Are Received For Any Sub-Area. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Is Summer 2024. The Actual Contract Period Is Three (3) Years. It Can Be Extended By Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods (3+1+1 Years).
