The Subject Of The Concession Is The Conclusion Of A Construction Contract On The Basis Of Which The Concessionaire Acquires The Ownership Right To Housing Units To The Extent Of Half Of The Floor Area Of All Housing Units That Will Be Created By The Construction Of The Multipurpose House. The Estimated Size Of The Floor Area Obtained In This Way Is 2166 M². These Housing Units Will Subsequently Be Operated In The Affordable Housing Regime At Lower Than Market Rents, For The Period Offered By The Concessionaire, But At Least For A Period Of 20 Years From The Date Of Approval.
