1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Vss Video Monitoring System In The Building Of The d Customs And Tax Office In d , Located At Ul. Lodowa 97. The Building Has Eight Floors, With An Extended Ground Floor And Basements. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes In Particular: - Comprehensive Construction Of Low-Current Installations Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Building, - Construction Of Cable Routes In The Form Of Pvc Strips, Arrangement Of Pipe Runs And Cable Trays, - Laying Of Cabling For Low-Current Installations In The Building, - Installation, Commissioning, Programming And Checking The Installation Equipment In The Building.2. The Order Includes Modernization Of The Vss System In Order To Improve The Security Of The Facility And Obtain The Possibility Of Verifying Incidents, I.E.: A) The Subject Includes Merging Existing Systems Into One Server With The Possibility Of Managing User Rights To Live Viewing And Access To Recordings At The Level Of Each Camera Separately, B) Merging Is To Cover The Old Modernized System, Sod Monitoring System, Server Room Monitoring System, Parking Lot Monitoring System, C) The Designed Vss System Requires The Installation Of A New Cabinet In The Server Room, D) Approximately 30 Minutes Of Support For The Vss System By Ups Power Supplies Has Been Assumed, E) Designed Cabling For The Needs Vss System Will Become A Dedicated Separate Ethernet Sec_Lan Network, F) 41 New Cameras Have Been Designed, Which Together With 16 Sod Cameras Gives 57 Video Streams Recorded In The Recorders.3. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Detailed Design - Modernization Of The Vss Video Monitoring System - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 2 To Swz;4) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To Swz;5) Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons (Manual Workers) Performing All Activities Involving The Direct Implementation Of The Works In Question. This Requirement Does Not Apply To Activities Related To The Management Of Works, Supervision Of The Works Being Carried Out And The Transport Of Materials And People To The Work Site5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within 50 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Construction Works Should Be Completed By December 15, 2023.
