Located On Areas Owned By The Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Associated Facilities) As Well As Removal And Prevention Services Winter Slipperiness Occurring On Roads Due To The Formation Of A Layer Of Ice, Icy Or Compacted Snow On The Roads, Using Chemical, Roughening Or Mechanical Materials - To Ensure Traffic Safety (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations). 2) Size Of The Subject Of The Order: Approx. 1,040 Hours Of Service Provision During The Two-Year Winter Season. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Hours Of Order Processing In The Event Of Persistent Difficult Weather Conditions. 3) The Detailed Scope Of The Service Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
