The Subject Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of A Server For The Needs Of The Department Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre For The District Office In czna. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Delivery Will Take Place Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. General Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Item Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete. 2) All Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Come From Current Production, Be Fully Operational And Functioning Without Any Disruptions Or Reservations, It Should Have The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Goods Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Ordering Party Requires That The Instructions For The Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 3) The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law, In Particular Ce Declarations And The Iso9001:2015, Iso-50001, Iso-14001 Certificate For The Manufacturer.
