1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Nutrition Services For Patients Of The Specialist Hospital For Tuberculosis And Lung Diseases In Koszalin In The Scope Of Preparing And Serving On-Site (I.E. In The Kitchen Of The Specialist Team For Tuberculosis And Lung Diseases In Koszalin) Meals 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Regular And Dietary Supplements From Products Purchased By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Diseases Of Hospital Patients And Running A Canteen For Employees, To The Extent Specified In Swz.2. Detailed Rules And Scope Of Services Provided Under The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 9 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service In Question In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) Together With Implementing Acts.4 . The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided In The Kitchen Of The Specialist Tuberculosis And Lung Diseases Team In Koszalin On The Basis Of A Separate Lease Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Constitutes An Indivisible Whole. Dividing The Contract Could Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Additional Costs Of Contract Execution, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Limited Area. Moreover, There Would Be A Risk Of Non-Fulfillment Of Part Of The Order. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principle Of Fair Competition Because It Does Not Affect The Group Of Contractors Capable Of Performing The Contract And Does Not Constitute A Barrier To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Applying For The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out A Site Inspection Of The Place Of Execution Of The Order As An Auxiliary Activity In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party On The Date And Time.
