A Detailed Description Of The Virtual Shooting Range And Other Permanent Equipment Of The Shooting Range And Facilities, Technical Parameters And Quantities Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Attached To The Swz. The Delivered Devices Must Have Technical Parameters Not Lower Than Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Including All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Equipment Offered Must Be Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases. It Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. The Entire Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be New, Showing No Signs Of External Damage Or Previous Use, I.E. No Device Or Product May Have Been Previously Used, It Should Be Functional, Properly Packed, And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out By Applicable Law. The Offered Subject Of The Order On The Date Of Preparation Of The Offer Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.
