The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. 20. The Contractor Guarantees That The Price Of The Soups Issued Will Remain Unchanged Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.21. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of No Worse Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources.
