The South Ostrobothnia Welfare Region Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System For Rehabilitative Work Activities. The Procurement Consists Of Two Service Products (Subareas) In The Establishment Phase. In The Dynamic Procurement System, The Services Of Rehabilitative Work Will Be Procured For The Welfare Area For The Period Between 2024-2028. The Dynamic Procurement System Is A Two-Stage Bidding System. The First Stage Is The Establishment Stage, Where Interested Bidders Submit An Application For Participation. You Can Submit A Participation Application For Either Only One Product Or Both Products. You Can Submit An Application To Participate In The Dynamic Procurement System At Any Time During The Dynamic Procurement Systems Validity Period. The Procurement Unit Processes Applications For Participation Before The Next Simplified Tender. The Procurement Unit Either Accepts Or Rejects The Candidate Depending On Whether The Candidate Meets The Minimum Requirements Of The Request For Participation. The Second Stage Is A Simplified Competition. In The Simplified Competition, A Request For Tender Is Published, To Which All Service Providers Approved For The Product In Question Can Submit A Tender. You Can Only Leave A Bid In The Tender Request For Simplified Tendering When The Tender Request Is Open. As A Result Of The Simplified Competition, A Priority Order Is Formed Among The Service Providers In Both Products Separately. The Criteria For Forming The Order Of Preference Will Be Announced In The Request For Tender. In Order To Become A Service Provider For 2024, The Service Provider Must Submit A Participation Application By September 1. - October 3, 2023 At 2 P.M. The Service Consists Of The Work Environment Organized For The Customer, The Tasks Of Work Activities And Their Guidance, As Well As Individualized Support And Guidance To The Extent Of The Customers Needs. Along With The Customers Individual Goals, The Goal Is To Promote Working Life Or Educational Readiness Through Meaningful And Goal-Oriented Work. The Service Provider Must Make A Notification To The Welfare Area About Activities Subject To A Notification. In Product 2, The Price Is Determined By The Service Provider.
