Tenders Are Invited For Iec014_Mini Competition For Mammography Waiting List Initiative For Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (Mmuh)

The Ireland East Hospital Group Has A Requirement For The Provision Of Mammography Services At The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (Mmuh). Details Of The Requirements Are Outlined Below. Please Note That This List Is Indicative Only, Is Subject To Change And Does Not Guarantee Levels Of Business. It Is Proposed That The Mammography Initiative (600) Would Be Carried Out Between The Times Of 4 Pm - 8 Pm Potentially Monday To Friday (Days To Be Pre-Agreed With The Mater Team) And On Saturdays 8Am-4 Pm. The Initiative Is To Take Place In October/November 2023.It Is Proposed That The Mri Initiative (90) Would Be Carried Out One Saturday 8 Am-4 Pm Per Month Commencing In November 2023. Mmuh Will Provide Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment; The Provider Shall Supply The Necessary Staffing To Carry Out The Diagnostic Tests. A Suitably Qualified And Skilled Team Necessary To Complete This Initiative Is Required. Staffing Required For Each Clinic: 1. Mammography Room X 3 : 1 Consultant Radiologist, 3 Radiographers, 2 Admin Support;2. Mri Suite X1: 1 Consultant Radiologist, 2 Radiographer, 1 Admin Support.The Provider Shall Ensure The Personnel Working In This Service Are Appropriately Qualified, Experienced, Screened And Vetted. The Provider Shall Engage The Onsite Radiology Team To Do The List (To Complete Full Episode Of Care For Each Patient).Tenderers Are Requested To Note That The Management Of Bookings Is Entirely The Responsibility Of The Service Provider, And That A Robust Policy In Relation To Dna’S Is Required To Be In Operation. The Hse Will Not Accept Charges For Dna’S. The Provider Will Charge A Set Fee Per Diagnostic Test Procedure Carried Out As Part Of This Initiative.
