The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Farmers House In Jaworowa. The Task Includes The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Farmers House In Jaworowa At Ul. Warszawska 95 In The Raszyn Commune. The Renovation Of The Building Includes The Replacement Of Part Of The Wooden Roof Structure And Roof Covering. For This Purpose, Preparatory Work Should Be Carried Out To Ensure The Safe Execution Of The Renovation, Dismantling Existing Elements Together With Their Removal And Disposal, Replacing Parts Of The Wooden Roof Structure, Making A Roof Covering With Coated Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, Replacing Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, Constructing Facades On Chimneys, Execution Of Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations (Including Measurements Of Correct Functioning). As Part Of The Order, All Necessary Accompanying Works And Cleaning Works Must Also Be Performed. The Above-Mentioned Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed Under The Support Program Mazovia For Local Integration Centers 2023 For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Farmers House Building In Jaworowa Constituting A Local Integration Center. The Financing Entity Is The Masovian Voivodeship, Represented By The Management Board Of The Masovian Voivodeship.
