The Subject Of This Part Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Data Backup System For The Needs Of The District Office In Zakopane, Which Includes: 1) Data Backup Server - 1 Set; 2) Data Backup And Archiving Software Package With Deduplication Data - 1 Set;3) Tape Library - 1 Set; In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz] Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz In Question.2. The Purpose Of Investing In The Offices Ict Environment Is For The Entity To Obtain The Maximum Possible Ability To Secure All Ict Systems And Processes In The Office Against The Occurrence Of Ict Incidents And To Possibly Minimize Their Effects In The Event Of Threats Materializing.3. The Ordering Party Expects That, As Part Of The Implementation Of This Procedure, The Contractor Will Provide A Solution That Will Support The Functioning Of A Safe And Efficient It Environment, Which Will Contribute To The Offices Provision Of E-Services To Recipients And Increase The Computerization Of The Offices Processes. The Provided Solution Should Be Based On Both New And Currently Used Hardware And Software Resources.4. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain Products With The Functionality, Performance And Purpose Specified In The Swz, And Not To Purchase Solutions And Software Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications (Not Binding On Contractors). . For These Reasons, An Offer That Does Not Comply With Such Indications Will Not Be Considered Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz And Will Not Be Rejected For These Reasons.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Supplies Being The Subject Of These Proceedings Are Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including The Ordering Partys Employees, And Therefore Requires The Execution Of The Order Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People.6.
