The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of A Cnc Milling Machine, Under The Conditions Set Out In This Procurement Documentation. All Costs Of The Supplier For The Proper Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Order Are Considered Part Of The Delivery And Must Be Taken Into Account In The Bid Price, At Least To The Extent Of Dap Parity According To Incoterms, As Well As Handing Over A Complete Manual In The Czech Language And Putting The Equipment Into Operation. The Contracting Authority Determines Special Technical Conditions For Suppliers For The Subject Of The Public Contract According To Annex No. 3 Of This Zd. The Contracting Authority Defines The Characteristics Of The Requested Subject Of Performance In The Technical Conditions, Which Must Meet The Offered Subject Of Performance Of The Suppliers. The Participant Shall Indicate Whether The Performance Offered By Him Meets The Requirements In The Following Binding Manner.
