Prior Information Notice For Csirt Canarias (Csirt-Can)Mixed Contract For Supplies And Services For The Creation Of A Computer Security Incident Response Team Called Csirt-Can, To Be Awarded Through An Open Procedure And Advance Expenditure Processing, With Next Generation Eu Financing , Recovery And Resilience Mechanism (Mrr). The Object Of The Contract Includes The Following Items Whose Specifications, Sizing, Implementation And Number Are Detailed In The Supporting Report: 1. Cybersecurity Package For Local Entities. The Aim Is To Provide Cybersecurity Infrastructure To The Canarian Eells That Join And Complete The Technical Integration, Taking The Form Of The Following Actions: A) Deployment Of Probes That Allow Information To Be Collected And Risk Situations Detected As Soon As Possible. B) Deployment Of Perimeter Protection Equipment (Firewall) Equipped With Level 7 Capacity. C) Deployment Of Tools To Protect From The Cyberattacks They Are Suffering, Mostly Ransomware And Vulnerabilities. D) Security Tools And Audits. 2. Creation Of The Csirtcan Web Portal (Set Of Pages), Which Will Include: A) Infrastructure For Cybersecurity Monitoring And Incident Tracking. B) Web Platform That Will Include: 1. Cyber Self-Training Exercises 2. Cybersecurity Awareness 3. Phishing Exercises C) Incident Management And User Service Platform. D) Cyber Surveillance. E) Integration With Intelligence Tools. F) Control Panels. Reports And Alerts. G) Creation And Promotion Of The Csirtcan Brand. Diffusion. H) Integration Into Csirt Organizations And Cybersecurity Organizations. 3. Implementation Of Organizational And Technological Elements For Cybersecurity, Which Will Include: A) Preparation And/Or Review Of Security Regulations. 4. Special Cybersecurity Projects, Which Will Include, Among Others: A) Assistance And Audits For Adaptation To Obtain Certification With The National Security Scheme. B) Audits Of Compliance With National And European Union Regulations On Data Protection That Are Applicable During The Term Of The Contract.
