Framework Agreement Concerning Usual Shipyard Works, Including Service And Maintenance, Etc.. Ii.1.5) Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S): The Ministry Of Defences Materiel And Procurement Agency (Hereafter Fmi) Published In January 2023 Tender Notice No. 2023/S 017047754 Regarding Usual Shipyard Works, Including Service And Maintenance, Etc. One Of The Four Sub-Agreements That Fmi Tendered Was Cancelled, Where This New Tender Notice Is A Re-Tender Of The Canceled Sub-Agreement (Sub-Agreement 2). Fmi Has Chosen To Divide Sub-Agreement 2 Into Two Sub-Agreements, As Detailed Below. Fmi Hereby Offers Two Framework Agreements, All With Several Suppliers, Regarding The Delivery Of Usual Shipyard Work, Including, But Not Limited To, Service, Maintenance, Inspection, Repairs And Minor Modifications On The Norwegian Armed Forces Ships. The Framework Agreements Are Not Exclusive, And The Suppliers Are Therefore Not Guaranteed Any Minimum Turnover On The Framework Agreements. The Requirements Specifications Will Be Published Together With The Other Tender Materials After The Pre-Qualification. The Framework Agreements Are Divided According To Docking Weight And Consist Of The Following: Partial Agreement/Framework Agreement 2.1: A Docking Weight Between 3,0004,000 Tonnes (Currently 4 Ships). Partial Agreement/Framework Agreement 2.2: A Docking Weight Between 1,0003,000 Tonnes (Currently 5 Ships). The Framework Agreements Must Cover The Armed Forces Needs For Shipyard Workers On Ships That Carry Out The Tasks That The Current Ships Carry Out. The Current Ships Are Specified Under Each Partial Agreement/Framework Agreement, Just As It Is Specified Whether The Individual Ship Is Respectively Civilian Or Military. The Ships Covered By The Framework Agreements Are Expected To Be Replaced On An Ongoing Basis, Including Taking Into Account The Life Expectancy Of The Current Ships. As A Result, Changes Can Also Be Made To Which Ships Are Subject To Competition For Specific Tasks In The Individual Framework Agreements. The Suppliers Who Are Allocated Places On The Individual Framework Agreements Will Be Continuously Informed About Such Adjustments In The Fleet During The Term Of The Framework Agreements. Awarding Of Contracts On Sub-Agreements/Framework Agreements Will Take Place On The Basis Of Mini-Tenders. Fmi Has Assessed That, In Connection With The Performance Of Services On Military Ships, It Is Necessary For Safety Reasons That The Task Is Carried Out At A Danish Shipyard, Cf. Teuf Art. 346. A Danish Shipyard Means A Company Which, According To Fmis Assessment, Must Be Considered Danish In Relation To, (1) Whether The Geographical Location Of The Shipyard Is On Danish Territory (This Does Not Include The Faroe Islands Or Greenland), (2) Whether The Work Under The Framework Agreement Is Carried Out By Danish Citizens, And (3) The Companys Ownership Structure, Including Who Has Decisive Influence Over The Company. In Fmis Overall Assessment, A Higher Degree Of Fulfillment Of One Criterion May, Depending On The Circumstances, Offset A Lower Degree Of Fulfillment Of Another Criterion. Thus, Only Suppliers Who Meet This Requirement Will Be Able To Be Awarded Contracts Relating To Military Ships. It Will Be Clear From The Solicitation Letter In The Specific Mini-Tender Whether The Ship In Question Is Military.
