Equipping Educational Units In Prahova County With It Equipment Within The Project Motivating Schools Adapted To The Technological Pace - Ph Smart. The Contract Aims To Ensure In Good Conditions The Public Education Service And Equal Access To Education For Students Enrolled In Pre-University Education In Prahova County, The Provision Of Digital Equipment (Multifunctional Printers, Laptops, Interactive Displays, Workstations, Sound Systems, Web Cameras And Other Digital Equipment), Of 80 Pre-University Education Units And 6 Related Units. The Object Of The Contract Is Represented By The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Purchased It Equipment Set, Necessary To Carry Out The Teaching-Learning Activities Within The Educational Units Included In The Project. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications/Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Up To The 22Nd Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information In Connection With The Award Documentation On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Not Respond To Clarification Requests Submitted After The Established Deadline.
