The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply Of A Tracked, Remote-Controlled, Iron Horse Tractor, Intended For Use Mainly For Bringing Wood Of Weaker Dimensions, With A Two-Axle Braked Trailer For A Passenger Car Intended For The Transport Of Such A Horse, Approved In Accordance With Act No. 56/2001 Coll. ., On The Conditions For The Operation Of Vehicles On Roads, As Amended, For Operation On Roads In The Czech Republic, With Technical Parameters And Equipment According To The Binding Model Of The Purchase Contract, Which Is, Including Its Annex No. 1 – Technical Specification, Annex No. 1 Zd. Part Of The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Related Performance According To The Binding Model Of The Purchase Contract (In Particular, It Is Delivery To The Place Of Performance, Etc.) Including The Provision Of Prescribed Service (Warranty) Inspections Of The Subject Of Performance For The Duration Of The Quality Guarantee, All In Accordance With The Model Of Purchase Of The Contract, Which Is Annex No. 1 Zd.
