Request For Proposals Are Invited For Social Work Technical Consultant Scope Of Consultancy The Social Work Technical Consultant Will Support SeedS Partnership With The University Of Sulaimani Social Work Program. This Includes Developing The Methodology For And Conducting A Comprehensive Needs Assessment For The Social Work Department. The Consultant Will Work Closely With SeedS Team To Develop The Tools, Conduct Interviews, And Write Up A Comprehensive Report With Recommendations. The Consultant Is Also Responsible For Developing A Guidance Manual For Field Placement And Faculty Supervisors To Strengthen The Practicum Experience For Students. Further, As Needed, The Consultant Will Be Responsible For The Development Of Public-Facing Messages On Protection-Related Topics For Diverse Audiences And The Development And/Or Review Of Content For Training Programs. The Consultant May Also Be Requested To Perform Other Tasks In Relation To Needs And Skills As Needed. Duration In Accordance With The Requirements Above, The Expert Is Expected To Commit To The Assignment Between September 2023 And September 2024, Including Remote Work And Time In The Kurdistan Region If Applicable, As Requested By Seed. The Expert Must Complete The Work Within The Agreed Timeframe. Terms And Conditions The Expert Will Be Supervised By SeedS Program Managers And Technical Advisors. The Expert Will Be Required To Utilize His/Her Own Technology Equipment And Maintain Workable Skype, Google Meet, And Email Accounts For Communication. All Materials Produced By The Expert During The Period Of This Consultancy Will Belong To Seed. The Expert Must Sign SeedS Code Of Conduct, And Abide By All Provisions Of These Policies For The Duration Of The Consultancy Period.
