1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Urban Monitoring - Stage Iv.2. The Works Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Construction Of Municipal Monitoring In The Łeba Commune And Prepared By The Power Electronic Services Plant Mega-Sat Zbigniew Kubacki, M.Sc., Constituting Annex No. 8 To This Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 8 Of The Swz. The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Swz Cover The Entire Investment Task.4. Additionally, The Contractor Will Install And Activate 2 Cameras On A Lighting Pole Located At The Railway Station Square (Pk17b), All Materials Necessary To Perform The Above Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party.5. In The Street The Millennium Technological Channel Should Be Constructed In Accordance With Drawing No. 1 And Drawing No. 2 Attached To Annex No. 8 (Design Documentation).6. On The Street Wspólna, The Contractor Will Deliver And Activate, As Part Of This Order, A Complete, Newly Designed Camera Point With One Camera (Pole In Variant A) And Will Locate It Near The Sm 7.18.3.7 Well. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Replace The Existing Lighting Pole Located At The Roundabout (Al. Św. Jakuba - Ul. Nowęcińska) With A Pole Consistent With Drawing No. 3 Attached To Annex No. 8 (Design Documentation).8. If It Is Necessary To Perform Archaeological Research Or Archaeological Supervision On The Construction Site, This Obligation Will Rest With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For Preparing All Necessary Documentation In This Regard.9. Within The Scope Of The Task, The Contractor Will Make An Effort At His Own Expense And To Update Decisions And Arrangements That Have Become Or Will Become Invalid During The Performance Of The Works, By Preparing Appropriate Documents, Making Arrangements And Obtaining Current Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Follow The Guidelines Contained In The Arrangements And Perform All Activities Indicated Therein (Excluding Concluding Contracts). Copies Of The Correspondence Should Be Immediately Submitted To The Ordering Party Within Three Days Of Their Sending And Receipt.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Relevant Network And Device Operators About The Commencement Of Work.12. All Costs Related To Carrying Out The Works, Making Arrangements For The Duration Of The Works, And Occupying The Area For The Duration Of The Works Are Covered By The Contractor.13. The Contractor Will Perform The Work Divided Into Stages Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Secure Materials And Equipment Collected For Construction Purposes Against Access By Third Parties.14. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Building Equivalent Solutions Involving The Use Of Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Provided That All Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Documentation. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5Pzp, Submitting Appropriate Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of These Materials And Devices. The Submitted Documents Will Be Assessed By The Author Of The Design Documentation, Who Will Prepare An Appropriate Opinion. This Opinion Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision To Accept The Offer Or Reject It Due To The Non-Equivalence Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Materials And Devices In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Design Documentation Will Be Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Term Parameters Means Functionality, Purpose, Colors, Structure, Type Of Material, Shape, Size, Safety, Durability And Other Parameters Assigned To Individual Materials And Devices In The Design Documentation. The Word Or Equivalent Is Added To All Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Design Documentation. All Provisions Of The Swz Should Be Considered Together With The Technical Description Contained In The Design Documentation. In A Situation Where The Requirements In The Swz Exceed The Requirements Contained In The Standards, The Provisions Contained In The Swz Apply.15. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Not Binding And Constitute Only Auxiliary Material For The Contractor, Who In Order To Prepare The Offer Should Prepare His Own Bill Of Quantities Based On The Draft Construction Documentation.16. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Supply Electricity And Water To The Construction Site As Well As Collect Waste And Sewage At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts.17. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Demolition Materials In Such A Way That They Can Be Reused. This Applies In Particular To Curbs, Road Blocks, Tiles, Road Markings And Lighting Poles. The Demolition Of Asphalt Surfaces Is To Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Ordering Party Can Reuse The Material Resulting From The Demolition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Hand Over The Resulting Material In A Report, Taking Into Account Its Type And Quantity, Or Re-Install It After Completion Of The Works As A Surface Reconstruction.18. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement And Introduce Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works In The Street Areas. It Is Necessary To Ensure Continuous Access To The Property For Street Residents And Emergency Services. Temporary And Short-Term Traffic Closures Are Allowed After Prior Notification To Residents And The Employer, Specifying The Closure Time And Introducing Appropriate Temporary Traffic Organization.19. The Contractor Will Provide Construction Services: A Construction Manager And Work Managers In Appropriate Industries.20. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Stipulate Any Obligation For The Contractor To Perform Key Tasks.21. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
