The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Existing Wooden Surface Of The Swimming Pier At The City Beach As Part Of The Task Modernization Of The Pier Over The Lagoon In Siedlce Located On The Plot With Registration Number 2/64, District 146101_0082 In Siedlce At Ul. Circular And Additionally Installing A One-Sided Protective Barrier And Ladders.I. Scope Of Order:1. Dismantling The Existing Surface Made Of 2 Thick Wooden Logs. Disassembly Of Beams Made Of Wooden Square Timbers Attached To The Steel Supporting Structure Of The Platform, 3. Disassembly Of Steel, Galvanized Ladders Enabling Entry To The Pier From The Swimming Pool,4. Installation Of Wooden Beams With A Cross-Section Of 20X20 Cm Attached To The Existing Galvanized Steel Structure With Simultaneous Profiling Of Slopes,5. Installation Of A New Surface Made Of Wooden Boards, Dimensions: 200X15x5 Cm,6. Installing A One-Sided Wooden Protective Barrier On The Side Of The Reservoir,7. Installation Of New Galvanized Steel Ladders Enabling Access To The Pier From The Swimming Pool,8. Cleaning Up The Area Disturbed During Renovation Works. Ii. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Muchawka Valley Area In Siedlce And The Local Spatial Development Plan In The Area Of Okr t na, Wintera And Dzieci Zamojszczyny Streets In Siedlce - Part A. The Investment Area Is Located Outside The Conservation Protection Zone.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Employers Requirements Regarding The Method Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Draft Contract And Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Should Check The Bill Of Quantities Against The Design Documentation At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Price All Works Specified In The Documentation, Including The Design Drawings. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Execution Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb.3. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That If Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity Is Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract.4 . Taking Over The Construction Site In Terms Of The Subject Of The Order, Securing And Marking It, Providing Construction Facilities And Removing Them After Completion Of The Works, Implementing Safety And Traffic Maintenance Elements, Construction Boards, Carrying Out Preparatory Works Necessary For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task, And Other Requirements (Including . Securing The Geodetic Control Points And Restoring Them At Your Own Expense In The Event Of Damage, Along With Preparing Documentation),3. Analyze The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Make Arrangements And Fulfill The Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract At Your Own Expense,4. Purchase And Delivery Of Materials, Structures And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract,5. Providing Materials With Technical Parameters Comparable, But Not Worse Than Those Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Design Documentation; 6. Organization Of The Construction Site (Including Fencing Of The Construction Site, Which Should Be Included In The Valuation) And Its Marking, And If Necessary, Developing And Agreeing On A Traffic Organization Plan Within The Works Being Carried Out, And Paying Fees For Occupying The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Works (If Applicable). ),7. Securing The Construction Site Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, Ensuring Constant Supervision Of The Works By An Authorized Person, Coordinating And Supervising The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Complying With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Ensuring Order Around Workstations And On The Construction Site, Restoring Temporarily Occupied Areas To The Condition On The Day They Were Taken Over And Repairing Any Damage Caused By The Implementation Of Works On Access Roads To The Construction Site And Areas Adjacent To The Construction Site, Conducting And Organizing Works In A Way That Allows Access To The Property Adjacent To The Work Site. In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To The Property Of Third Parties During The Performance Of Works For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor Or Subcontractors - The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Previous Condition And Repair The Resulting Damage, 8. Within 5 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Prepare And Deliver A Detailed Material Schedule. - Timely Agreed With The Investor Supervision Inspector. This Schedule Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party9. Maintaining Construction Documentation, Including Photographic Documentation (Before, During And After Its Completion) And Submitting It To The Ordering Party,10. Providing Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity And Declarations Of Performance, Authorizing The Use Of Materials/Devices Intended For Installation, In Accordance With The Construction Law And Applicable Regulations, To Designated Investor Supervision Inspectors Before Their Construction/Assembly,11. Obtaining Test Protocols And Carrying Out Tests Required By Separate Regulations,12. Removal And Disposal Of All Construction Waste In The Manner Specified In Applicable Regulations And Incurring Related Costs13. Implementation Of The Recommendations Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Entered In The Construction Log,14. Cleaning Up The Area After The Works And The Construction Facilities, Within 7 Days After The Completion Of The Works Covered By The Contract,15. Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of 1 Copy Of As-Built Documentation In Paper Form And 1 Copy In Electronic Form, Including Equipment Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Warranty Cards, Attestations, Certificates, Approvals, Etc. (If Applicable),16. Preparation Of Maintenance Instructions For Manufactured Elements As Part Of The Subject Of The Order,17. Taking Into Account In The Valuation The Cost Of Installing The Necessary Meters And Meters And The Cost Of Energy And Water Consumption18. Full Responsibility For All Actions Or Omissions Of The Company Itself, Its Employees And The Entities It Uses Or With The Help Of Which It Performs The Subject Of The Contract,19. Repairing Damage Or Compensating Losses Based On An As-Built Calculation Prepared In The Event Of Damage To Existing Utilities,20. Providing The Ordering Party With All Documents Needed For Final Acceptance, Enabling The Assessment Of The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Date Of Written Notification To The Ordering Party Of The Fact That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Completed And Ready For Acceptance,21. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order During Implementation And After Completion Of Construction Works And Providing Surveying Services In The Scope Of Marking Out The Facility In Accordance With The Plot Or Area Development Plan.
