The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Medical Services In The Field Of Occupational Medicine, Diagnostic Tests And Specialist Consultations In Accordance With The Act Of June 27, 1997 On Occupational Medicine Services And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health And Social Welfare Of May 30, 1996 On Medical Examinations Of Employees. , The Scope Of Preventive Health Care For Employees And Medical Certificates Issued For The Purposes Provided For In The Labor Code To The Extent Necessary To Issue Medical Certificates For Job Candidates And Employees Of The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage And Trainees. For Organizational Reasons Resulting From The Place Of Employment Of The Employees, The Ordering Party Requires That The Tests Be Performed Only In Warsaw In At Least 2 Facilities Providing All Services In The Field Of Occupational Medicine Tests.
