1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Loading, Transport, Deposit And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos Lying On Properties In The Szypliszki Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Securing Waste In Accordance With The Regulations (Packing); 2) Preparation For Transport And Loading; 3) Organizing The Place Where The Service Is Provided From Waste In A Way That Prevents Its Emission Into The Environment; 4) Transport Of The Collected Waste; 5) Depositing (Handing Over The Waste) To A Landfill With An Appropriate Permit For The Disposal Of Hazardous Waste) And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos In The Amount Of 151.23 Mg.6) The Amount Indicated In Point 5 Is The Amount Declared By The Residents.7) In The Case Of A Scope Larger Than The Declared One, The Final Value Of The Service Performed Will Result From The Cost Estimate And Will Depend On The Number Of Farms Interested In Providing The Service And The Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Contract To A Hazardous Waste Landfill, In Accordance With Art. 20 Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012.
