The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Elements Of An Industrial Automation System For The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gda sk University Of Technology. The Order Is Being Implemented In Accordance With Project No. Poir.04.02.00-00-D008/20-00 Entitled National Laboratory Of 5G Networks And Services With Its Surroundings Implemented Under Measure 4.2 Of The Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters: Gda sk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science, Ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gda sk, Building No. 41 Weti A, Room 116.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Without Previous Use, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For At Least 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments By Both Parties.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.8. 0% Vat Rate For The Assortment That Is The Subject Of The Order1) The Ordering Party Will Contact The Ministry Of Education And Science To Confirm The Application Of The 0% Vat Rate In Connection With Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26 Letter A), Section 13, 14 And 15 Of The Act Of March 11, 2004. On Tax On Goods And Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 931, As Amended) To The Digital Data Transmission Device Included In Annex No. 8 To The Act.2) The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Certificate From The Ministry Of Education And Science, Which Is The Basis For The Calculation 0% Vat Rate On Digital Data Transmission Devices Indicated In Item 1 And 3 Of The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3) If The Ministry Of Education And Science Does Not Send An Appropriate Certificate By The Deadline For Issuing An Invoice By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Issue An Invoice With Vat, And After Receiving The Certificate, It Will Issue A Vat Correction Invoice.
