In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Quad, The Supplier, Within 48 Hours From The Date Of Failure (Counting Weekdays), Is Obliged For The Duration Of The Warranty To Immediately Accept The Quad At An Authorized Service Point. In The Event Of Service Required By The Manufacturer, The Supplier Is Obliged To Perform Given Activities Within 10 Business Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Is Able To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To An Authorized Service Point When Its Distance Does Not Exceed 130 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. Otherwise, The Transport Logistics Are The Responsibility Of The Supplier. Transport Costs In The Event Of Production Defects And Warranty Issues Are Covered By The Supplier. In The Event Of Service Of The Subject Of The Contract Exceeding 5 Business Days, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle Of The Same Class. Warranty Period And Contract Duration Min. 24 Months.
