The Subject Of The Order Is: Task No. 1: Delivery And Assembly Of Living Room And Hall Furniture - Delivery Of Equipment For Residential Premises In The City Of Bia ystok In The Following Locations: Ul. Jurowiecka 42 M. 2, Ul. Jurowiecka 42 M. 5, Ul. Jurowiecka 42 M. 8, Ul. Jurowiecka 42 M. 9, Ul. Jurowiecka 42 M. 10, Ul. Jurowiecka 42 M. 11. Project Co-Financed From Eu Funds No. Wnd-Rppd.08.04.02-20-0017/23 Entitled Development Of Social Infrastructure In The Bof Area To Support Refugees From Ukraine. The Offered Furniture Is To Be Brand New, Unused, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fairs, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Use. Delivery Includes Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Unloading , Bringing In, Setting (Leveling/Stabilization), Comprehensive Assembly And Disposal Of Packaging. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Offered Furniture In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party On The Day Of The Final Protocol Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract: Operation And Maintenance Instructions (In Polish) For Installed Furniture And Warranty Documents. The Contractor Should Include In The Costs A Lump-Sum Fee For The Use Of Energy In Accordance With The Current Rate Of The Housing Community/Building Administrator. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1 Is Provided In Annex No. 4.1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) .
