The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Draft Environmental Protection Program Against Noise For The wi tokrzyskie Voivodeship And An Environmental Impact Forecast. 2. The Draft Environmental Protection Program Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 27, 2001 - Environmental Protection Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Climate And Environment Of July 26, 2021 On The Environmental Protection Program Against Noise.3. The Environmental Impact Forecast Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 51 Section 2 And 52 Sections 1 And 2 Of The Act On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, And Take Into Account The Scope And Degree Of Detail Of The Information Required In The Forecast Resulting From The Arrangement Made Between The Ordering Party And The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Kielce And The wi tokrzyskie State Provincial Sanitary Inspector.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Names And Codes: 90742200-2 Noise Protection Services; 90742400-4 Advisory Services Relating To Excessive Noise; 90712400-5 Resource Management Strategy Planning Services. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Constantly Cooperate And Consult With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, And In Particular He Will Be Obliged To Consult Any Doubts.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party, Without Charging Additional Fees, Unlimited In Time And Territory, Copyrights To All Works Created As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights ( I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2509).8. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Cooperate With The Contractor In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular To Provide The Contractor With Information Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract That Is In The Possession Of The Ordering Party9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Be Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines, Maintaining High Quality Of Work And Be Complete. 10. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Complies With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.11. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order Referred To In Art. 60 And Art. 121 Of The Act. 13. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). 14. The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer (In The Offer Form) The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To It At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors. 15.Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order. The Contractor Will Be Liable For The Acts, Defaults And Negligence Of Subcontractors And Their Employees To The Same Extent As If They Were The Acts, Defaults And Negligence Of Its Own Employees.
