Under The Federal Mission Statement Digital Health Department 2025 , The Public Health Service ( gd) In The Free State Of Thuringia Is Striving For A Comprehensive Technical And Procedural Modernization Of Its Digital Infrastructure And The Introduction Of New Applications And Online Services. Modern Digital Tools Are Intended To Facilitate Collaboration Between The Individual Actors In The gd And Provide Citizens With User-Friendly Access To Health Information And Services. A Key Measure Is The Replacement Of The Specialist Process Solutions Used Decentrally By The Health Authorities With Centrally Operated And Web-Based Specialist Process Software (Central Specialist Process). The Subject Of The Award Procedure During The Order Period Is The Initial Provision And Configuration Of The Software, The System Introduction For At Least One Health Authority As Well As Temporary Software Maintenance And Support Services. In The Target State, Around 800 Employees From The 22 Thuringian Health Authorities Should Work With The New Specialist Procedure. The System Operation Of The Specialist Process Should Take Place Centrally In The Thuringian State Computing Center (Tlrz). The Project Is Primarily Intended To Contribute To Strengthening The Entire Public Health Service In Thuringia And Its Resilience To Crises As Well As Increasing Digital Maturity.
