Part 1 - Demolition Works And Foundations. The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 Will Include, Among Others: - Demolition And Earthworks; - Reinforced Concrete And Insulation Works - Foundations: Footings And Foundation Strips With Tie Rods. All Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Guidelines From The Investment Description - Annex No. 7A. An Integral Part Of This Specification Are: 1. Design Documentation.2. Bills Of Quantities.3. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Note: All Components Of The Documentation Constitute A Complete Set. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature. When Preparing The Tender Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, All Elements Of The Documentation And Comments From The Swz Should Be Considered Together. The Valuation Should Include Demolition, Earthworks, Footings And Foundations Along With Tie Rods And Insulation.Important Terms Of The Order.1. The Valuation Bases And Technology Provided In The Bill Of Quantities Are Not Binding For The Contractor.2. The Bidder Should Include In The Offer All Costs Resulting From The Organization Of Works And The Construction Site, Industry Supervision, Transport, Etc.3. To Perform The Works, Materials With Valid Certificates And Approvals As Well As Declarations Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval Should Be Used.4. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Manufacturer Of The Materials And Equipment Used. The Equipment Used To Carry Out The Works Should Comply With The Manufacturers Instructions.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Permission From The Road Manager To Carry Out Works In The Road, And To Approve The Project Of Organizing And Securing Works In The Road With The Zdm, If Necessary.6. Final Acceptance Will Be Carried Out By A Committee Appointed By The Ordering Party. The Committee Will Assess The Quality Of The Works Performed On The Basis Of The Submitted Documents, Visual Assessment And Compliance Of The Works With The Requirements And Bill Of Quantities.7. When Carrying Out Works Within The Existing, Historic Trees And Tree Root Systems, Special Caution Should Be Exercised. If Necessary, Work In The Vicinity Of The Roots By Hand. Trees Should Be Protected Against Damage.8. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Carry Out The Works Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, - Constantly Maintain Law And Order On The Construction Site, - Manage Waste Generated During The Performance Of The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, - Marking And Appropriate Securing Materials Necessary To Perform The Works, - Ongoing Removal Of Rubble And Waste From Demolitions, - Marking And Securing Work Sites In Accordance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, - Reporting Works That Are Disappearing And Covered, And Participating In Partial And Final Acceptance.9. To Accept The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Following Documents: - Certificates, Attestations And Declarations Of Conformity For The Constructed Materials, - Partial Acceptance Reports, - Statement Of The Construction Manager And The Construction Log, - Documents Of Transfer Of Waste To The Landfill.
