The Project Does Not Envisage Any Interference With The Existing Development Of The Area. The Renovation Aims To Adapt The Standard Of The Room To Modern Requirements In Terms Of Functionality, Comfort Of Use And Aesthetics. No Change In Use Is Expected. The Project Assumes: Replacement Of The Sports Floor In Terms Of Surface. After Dismantling The Existing Floor, The Technical Condition Of The Wooden Grid Should Be Assessed. It Is Assumed That It Will Be Necessary To Repair Approximately 10% Of The Grate; Painting The Lines Of Sports Fields (Basketball And Volleyball - In Accordance With The Graphic Part Of The Project); Liquidation Of The Radiator Located On The Wall With Gymnastic Ladders Together With A Fragment Of The Central Heating Installation (Walls B-A And C-B In Accordance With Graphic Part Of The Project); Disassembly Of Loudspeakers And Construction Of Conduits With Remote Controls Enabling The Construction Of A Sound System In The Future; Removal Of Three-Phase Power Sockets; Plugging Of Wall Fans; Disassembly Of Gymnastic Ladders. Ladders For Reassembly After Completion Of The Work; Repair And Painting Of Walls; Replacement Of Entrance Doors; Replacement Of Radiator Covers; Replacement Of The Net Mounting System; Replacement Of The Basketball Backboard Along With The Wall Mounting Structure; Change Of The Way Of Lighting The Room With Wall To Ceiling. Removal Of Wall Fixtures And Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures In The Suspended Ceiling; Replacement Of The Suspended Ceiling With A Sports Suspended Ceiling With Appropriate Impact Resistance And Acoustic Requirements; Installation Of A Roof Recuperator (The Method Of Mounting The Recuperator Will Be Determined After Dismantling The Existing Suspended Ceiling And Technical Assessment Of The Flat Roof Structure) ; Construction Of A New Electrical Installation Powering Lighting Fixtures In The Suspended Ceiling, A Roof Heat Recovery Unit And External Blinds (Raised And Lowered Using An Electric Mechanism). Electrical Sockets To Be Retained - The Equipment Will Be Replaced While Maintaining The Cabling. Lighting Control Switches To Be Relocated. Installation Of External Blinds In All Windows Of The Gymnasium, Which Can Be Raised, Lowered, Closed And Opened Using An Electric Mechanism. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Visit, Nor Does It Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit. However, The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of The Contractors Making An On-Site Visit To The Facility. In Such A Case, The Costs Of Its Implementation Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. Before Making A Valuation And Submitting An Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends Checking The Conditions In The Facility.
