1. The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Task No. 1) Is The Delivery Of A Chns Elementary Analyzer With Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment From Task No. 1)2. Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements And Other Types Of Properties Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Section 1 Above, Including A Specification Of The Type And Properties Of The Equipment Mentioned There (The So-Called Technical And Scope Description Of The Delivery Item In Task No. 1) Is Provided In Swz.3. The Scope Of This Order (The Delivery Referred To In The Above Provisions) Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Equipment From Task No. 1 To The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Equipment Delivery), Which Will Be Located In Szczecin. The Specific Address And Room Of The Place Of Equipment Delivery In Relation To Task No. 1 Are Provided By The Swz; 2) Preparation For Operation By The Ordering Party Of The Equipment Delivered To It Under Task No. 1, Consisting At Least Of Its Assembly And Other Appropriate Activities At The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment From This Task. Installation Of Individual Devices, Components And Other Physical Elements, As Well As (After Completing The Above-Mentioned Assembly And Installation Activities) Performing The First Trial Run In Order To Demonstrate The Correct Operation (Operation), As Well As Conducting Basic Training For The Ordering Partys Staff Aimed At Preparing These Persons For The Correct Operation And Practical Operation Of The Equipment From Task No. 1 Offered And Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Execution Of This Order. 3) Providing The Ordering Party With Appropriate Licenses Authorizing The Ordering Party To Legally Use The Computer Programs (Software) Offered Under Task No. 1 From Annex No. 2A Of The Swz And Any Other Computer Programs That - As Components Or Accessories - Are Necessary To Use The Equipment From Task No. 1 On The Part Of The Ordering Party Or Will Be Offered In Task No. 1. 4) Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Equipment From Task No. 1 To The Extent And For The Period Minimum Indicated In The Swz5) Issuing The Ordering Party Required In The Swz At The Stage Of Issuing The Equipment From Task No. 1 4. The Scope Of This Order (Supplies) Under Task No. 1 Also Includes Additional Services Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement In Task No. 1, At The Stage After Issuing The Equipment To The Ordering Party Under This Task, Such As Removing Defects And Providing Other Services To The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Equipment In Task No. 1 And The Contractors Obligations Arising From The Warranty For Defects.5.
