23-052.2 Instant Mashed Potatoes - Procurement And Preservation. The Subject Of The Vz Is The Acquisition Of 60 Tons Of Instant Mashed Potatoes (Hereinafter Referred To As Mash) And Its Protection. The Slurry Will Be The Property Of The Czech Republic As Part Of The State Material Reserves. The Administration Of State Material Reserves As A Contracting Authority Ensures, In Accordance With Act No. 97/1993 Coll., On The Scope Of The State Material Reserves Administration, As Amended, The Defense Capability And Defense Of The State, The Elimination Of The Consequences Of Crisis Situations And The Protection Of The Vital Economic Interests Of The State. The Subject Of The Vz Is Divided According To 35 Of The Act Into 4 Separate Parts, Namely: Part 1: Supply And Protection Of 15 Tons Of Slurry. Part 2: Delivering And Protecting 15 Tons Of Mush.
