Goods Intended For Intervention Actions For 24 Months. The Supply, Management And Repairs Base Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For Each Batch For A Period Of 24 Months, With A Single Economic Operator, And The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Carried Out By The Beneficiary Penitentiary Units. The Subsequent Contracts Can Be Concluded Simultaneously With The Economic Operators Signatories Of The Framework Agreements For The Fixed Goods Intended For The Endowment Of Intervention Structures Products, (Lots) Won, Depending On The Needs. The Terms In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Requested By The Economic Operators Interested: On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Established In The Notice Of Participation For The Submission Of Offers Considering That, According To Art. 161 From Law No. 98/2016, Economic Operators Must Have At Least 10 Days To Prepare Their Offer In Accordance With The Additional Requirements Introduced By The Response To Additional Clarifications/Information. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested, Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, Is 20 Days.
