Framework Agreement For Public Procurement Of Food Products - 11 Lots. Bucharest Rahova Hospital Penitentiary Is Launching An Open Tender With A View To Concluding A Framework Agreement On The Purchase Of Food Products That Are Included In The Structure Of Food Standards For Persons Deprived Of Liberty, In Accordance With Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement And Gd 395/2016 For The Approval Of The Methodological Norms For The Application Of The Provisions Relating To The Awarding Of The Public Procurement Contract/Framework Agreement From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement. The Purchase Of The Products Will Be Carried Out Through An Open Auction Conducted By Electronic Means, In The Seap Platform, Which Will Be Completed By Concluding Framework Agreements With A Maximum Of 5 Economic Operators, For A Period Of 12 Months. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded, Without Resuming The Competition, Depending On The Needs Of The Penitentiary Unit And The Allocated Budget Funds. For Lots 9 And 10, The Provisions Of Annexes 3, 5, 10 Of Order 3147/2018 Were Taken Into Account, Thus Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded As Follows: For Lot 9 In The June-September Period, And For Lot 10 In The October-May Period.
