The Purchase And Delivery Includes 26 Pieces Of Brand New, Unused, Completely Low-Floor Single-Section Fcev Buses, Maxi Class, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, With Technical Specifications In Accordance With Opz, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Along With Additional Equipment, Software And Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By :Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged To Provide A Security For The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Offer Evaluation Criteria: Price 60%, Evaluation Of Technical Solutions 20%, Evaluation Of Warranty Conditions 20%. The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Following Pieces Of Evidence: A Test Report For The Type Of Bus Offered Confirming The Offered Fuel Consumption Determined According To The Sort 2 Test, Prepared By An Independent Research Or Scientific Unit.
