This Project Contemplates The Construction Of A Recreational Pool For Local Public Use Located On Land Intended For Equipment, Specifically On Calle 18 Norte, Between Avenida Canal De La Luz And Calle 6 Oriente, In The Northern Sector Of The Commune Of Talca. The Land Has An Existing Building Intended For Sports Equipment In Which The Disciplines Of Basketball And Futsal Are Mainly Developed. It Is On The North-West Side Of This Building Where The New Work Will Be Located. The Works Include The Construction Of 2 Swimming Pools, A Pump Room, And A Building Composed Of Toilets, A Warehouse, A Cloakroom, And A First Aid Room, All According To The Attached Project. The Main Pool Will Be The Largest And Will Be Intended For The General Public, Including Young People And Adults, The Other Will Be Located Next To The Main Pool, Will Be Heated, Will Have A Shallower Depth And Will Be Used Exclusively By Older Adults. Swimming Pools Must Meet All The Requirements Established By Current Regulations Regarding Accessibility, Safety And Regulation Of Swimming Pools For Public Use Of The Chilean Ministry Of Health. In General, The Project Complies With Current Regulations And Decree No. 50 On Universal Accessibility, The Latter Through Pedestrian Circulation With A Continuous Width Of 1.50 Meters, Pedestrian Access Ramp, Parking, Dressing Room, Toilets, And Entrance Elevator A Swimming Pool That Allows Accessibility For The Disabled. The Building To Be Executed Will Be Built Mainly In The Volcometal Type Construction System, With Metal Doors, Aluminum Windows, Ceramic Floors And Standard Line Appliances. As Complementary Works, The South East Closure Of The Pool Area Is Contemplated, With Acmafor Type Mesh Or Equivalent. An Accessible Parking Area And Bicycle Racks Will Be Enabled, And Works Related To The Environment And/Or Recreation Area For Bathers Will Be Carried Out.
