The Subject Of The Service Is In Particular The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Building Of The Faculty Of Art Of The Ujk In Kielce. The Subject And Scope Of The Service Are Described In The Important Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Opw). The Subject Of The Service Will In Particular Consist In The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment And Resulting From The Architectural Concept Presented By The Contractor, Obtaining And Developing Pre-Design Materials (Including The Provisions Of The Applicable Local Development Plan Or Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development In In The Absence Thereof, Maps For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Documentation), Interior Design Design, Authors Supervision And The Provision Of Other Services Related To The Preparation And Implementation Of The Investment. The Order Includes The Implementation Of A Construction Design. The Total Net Area Of The Building Cannot Exceed 7,000 M2.
