As Part Of This Project, We Require A Main Contractor To Perform The Following: Removal And Replacement Of The Steam And Condensate Services And Lthw In The Lower Ground Floor Plantrooms Lg.02 And Lg.06, And Includes, But Is Not Limited To The Demolition And Removal Of Existing Pipe Services And Associated Pipeline Equipment, Pumps, Headers, Feed And Expansion Systems, Plate Heat Exchangers, Condensate Receivers And Pumps, Headers, Including Exterior Vent And Safety Valve Pipework. Supply And Installation Of New Pipe Services And Associated Pipeline Equipment, Plate Heat Exchangers, Packaged Condensate Recovery Units, Mechanical Electrical Services Including New Bms Controls.
