The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision For The Site: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Lesnovo Village, Elin Pelin Municipality - Stage 2.1. The Contractor Carrying Out The Construction Supervision Is Obliged: To Have A Valid License To Carry Out The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works (Paragraph 128 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions Of The Zidzut) Or A Valid Certificate For Carrying Out The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut, Issued By The Head Of The Directorate For National Construction Control (Dnsc), In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 166, Para. 2 And Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-25 Of 03.12.2012 On The Conditions And Procedure For Issuing A Certificate For Entry In The Register Of Consultants For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects And/Or Exercising Construction Supervision For Persons Registered On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Or An Equivalent Document For Foreign Participants Certifying The Right To Carry Out Such Activity, Issued By A Competent Authority Of A Member State Of The European Union Or Of Another State Party To The Agreement On The European Economic Area. To Exercise Construction Supervision In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Law On Territorial Planning, Being Responsible For: Lawful Commencement Of Construction; Implementation Of Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; Suspension Of Constructions That Are Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Art. 224, Para. 1 And Art. 225, Para. 2 And In Violation Of The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 - 3; Implementation Of Control Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In Construction; Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction. To Have A Valid Professional Liability Insurance According To Article 171, Paragraph 1 Of The Civil Code With A Minimum Insurance Amount, According To Article 5, Paragraph 4, Item 1 Of The Ordinance On The Terms And Conditions For Compulsory Insurance In Design And Construction For, First Category Or Equivalent For A Participant - A Foreign Person According To The Legislation Of The Country In Which He Is Established.
