1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Entitled: Design And Construction Of Urban Green Areas In Katowice As Part Of Investment Tasks - Part 22. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Six Locations Indicated In Swz.3. As Part Of The Order, Task No. 1 Should Be Performed - The Basic Subject Of The Contract (Guaranteed) And Possibly Task No. 2 - Services Covered By The Option Right Of The Ordering Party.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Task No. 1 - Basic Subject Of The Contract: Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of Urban Areas In Six Locations Indicated In Section 2 Of This Chapter, I.E.: A) Development Of Design Documentation For Each Investment Task (Location) Based On The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing The Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2458), B) Carrying Out Construction Works For Individual Investment Tasks Of The Location In Accordance With The Prepared By The Contractor With Design Documentation 2) Task No. 2 - Services Covered By Option Law, I.E.: A) Maintenance And Care Of Plantings (Trees And Shrubs, Perennials And Vines, And Lawns) In The Period From April 15, 2024 To October 15, 2024 In The Locations Indicated In Point 2 Of This Chapter, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Pfu, B) Maximum Value Of The Option - Pln 17,000.00, C) The Ordering Party Makes The Use Of The Option Right Dependent On The Financial Possibilities Allowing For Their Execution.5.
