1. Construction Works Are Intended To Modernize Bathrooms And Toilets And Adapt Their Equipment For Safe Use By Disabled Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Teodorówka.2. Renovation Of Bathrooms And Toilets For Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Teodorówka. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out During The Operation Of The Social Welfare Home. In Order To Reduce Inconvenience To The Residents Of Our House, As Well As The Working Staff, The Renovation Of Bathrooms And Toilets Is Divided Into Two Stages. Stage I: Renovation Of Bathrooms And Toilets For Residents Located On The First Floor And Ground Floor - Wing A Of The Main Building: A) Scope Of Stage I - Dismantling Works According To The Bill Of Quantities, Including: Cutting A Groove For Linear Drains, Making Lintels, Tearing Up The Floor Cement, Removal Of Debris, Sanitary Fittings And Devices, Ceramic Tiles On Walls And Floors, Partitions, Interior Doors, Steel Door Frames, Toilets, Bathtubs, Shower Trays, Leaking Or Leaking Cast Iron Sewage Pipes Discharging Sewage, Lighting (For Reassembly), Mirrors. B) Scope Of Work In The First Stage - Works Related To Assembly According To The Bill Of Quantities, Including: Laying Pvc Sewage Pipelines, Placing Linear Drains In The Floors, Installation Of Washbasins, Compact Cisterns, Single Urinal With Electrical Installation, Assembly Washbasin And Shower Faucets, Construction Of Cement Floors And Internal Plasters, Coating Waterproofing, Laying Tiles On Floors And Walls, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings On Metal Gratings, Installation Of Shower Cabins (Tempered Glass), Installation Of Adjustable Door Frames, Installation Of Door Leaves, Painting, Modernization Of Lighting In Bathrooms, Installation Of Ventilation Grilles. Stage Ii: Renovation Of Bathrooms And Toilets For Residents Located On The First Floor And Ground Floor - Wing B Of The Main Building: 1. Scope Of Stage Ii - Dismantling Works According To The Bill Of Quantities, Including: Cutting A Groove For Linear Drains, Making Lintels, Tearing Up The Cement Floor, Removing Rubble, Fittings And Sanitary Facilities, Ceramic Tiles On The Walls And Floor, Partition Walls, Interior Doors , Steel Door Frames, Toilets, Bathtubs, Shower Trays, Leaking Or Leaking Cast Iron Sewage Pipes Discharging Sewage, Lighting (To Be Reinstalled), Mirrors.2. Scope Of Renovation Works In The Second Stage - Works Related To Assembly According To The Bill Of Quantities, Including: Laying Pvc Sewage Pipelines, Placing Linear Drains In The Floors, Installation Of Washbasins, Compact Cisterns, Single Urinal With Electrical Installation, Installation Of Faucets Washbasins And Showers, Construction Of Cement Floors And Internal Plasters, Coating Waterproofing, Laying Tiles On Floors And Walls, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings On Metal Grates, Installation Of Adjustable Door Frames, Installation Of Door Leaves, Painting, Modernization Of Lighting In Bathrooms, Installation Of Ventilation Grilles.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Entire Order. When Calculating The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4. In Order To Correctly Evaluate The Subject Of The Order, The Organizational Unit Recommends That The Contractor, Before Preparing And Submitting The Offer, Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Renovated Rooms And The Surroundings Of The Building At His Own Expense In Order To Estimate All Data That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer.5. If The Contractor Finds That The National Or Other Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect.6. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case, Stating That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, The Contractor Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz. The Burden Is On The Contractor To Indicate Equivalence When Selecting Equivalent Materials At The Execution Stage. 7. All Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Principles Of Construction Art, Use Materials And Construction Products In Accordance With Applicable Standards And With Valid Certificates And Approvals Allowing For Use By The Building Research Institute. 8. All Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New And Meet, In Terms Of Quality, The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Accordance With Article 10 Of The Act Of 07 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) And The Qualitative And Specific Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Include: Bill Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications.9. Construction Works Must Meet The Requirements Organizational Unit, Described In The Procedure Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications, In Accordance With All Applicable Legal Acts Relevant To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Apply The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text Journal Laws Of 2023, Item 682 As Amended Amended), B) Application Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 23, 2003 On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126), C) Application Other Regulations Aimed At Maintaining Occupational Health And Safety As Well As Health And Life Protection When Performing The Works Covered By This Order, Including In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of September 26, 1997. On General Occupational Health And Safety Regulations - (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 169, Item 1650, As Amended), D) Ensuring Proper Law And Order During Construction On The Construction Site Within The Limits Provided By The Organizational Unit, Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, E) Reporting To The Supervisory Inspector The Date Of Completion Of The Works To Be Covered. Unless The Contractor Fails To Fulfill This Obligation, He Is Obliged To Uncover These Works Or Make Appropriate Forgings Or Holes Necessary To Examine The Works Performed, And Then Restore Them To Their Previous Condition At His Own Expense. The Organizational Unit Accepts The Works Referred To Above Within 3 Days From The Date Of Notification, F) Allow Employees Of State Construction Supervision Authorities To Enter The Construction Site And Provide Them With The Necessary Required Documents, G) In The Event Of Damage Or Destruction Of The Works Performed, Repair Them And Restore The Previous State Without Demanding Additional Remuneration. H) Presenting, At Each Request Of The Organizational Unit (Supervisory Inspector), A Safety Certificate, Declaration Of Compliance Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval In Relation To The Indicated Materials Or Devices.10. Material Colors Agreed With The Organizational Unit.11. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Renovation Works Will Take Place While The Social Welfare Home Is In Constant Operation, Offering 24-Hour Care. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Renovation Work Area And Other Rooms Made Available By The Ordering Party For The Needs Of Work Organization Against Unauthorized Persons. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Secure The Used Premises, Installations And Devices That Are Not The Subject Of The Contract, And Undertakes To Repair Any Damage To Elements Not Covered By The Order At Its Own Expense.12. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Removal Of Unnecessary Post-Demolition Materials And Current Renovation And Construction Waste. The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Resulting Waste To An Entity Authorized To Dispose Of This Type Of Pollution.
