The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Along With The Reconstruction Of The Intersection With The Provincial Road No. 119 And The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk, Entrances And Installation Of Lighting. Stage 1 Includes: - Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Construction Of A Pedestrian And Driving Route - Reconstruction Of Intersections With The Provincial Road - Construction Of Exits And Sidewalks And Reach The Property - Street Lighting Will Be Installed. Moreover, The Designed Road Was Divided Into 2 Sections: • Section A-B - 413.32 M Long • Section C-D - 30.04 M Long Section A-B Was Designed With Eco-Domino Concrete Paving Stones, 4.00 M To 5.00 M Wide One-Sided Transverse Inclination Equal To 2%. Along The Road, A Frame Has Been Designed With Road Stops Measuring 12X25cm And Drive-On Curbs Measuring 12X22cm At The Entrances, Which Should Be Placed With A Clearance Of +3Cm On A Concrete Footing With A Resistance Of C12/15. The Intersections With Provincial Road No. 119 Were Designed With Asphalt Concrete And Rounded With Arcs With A Radius Of R = 8 M. Section C-D Was Designed With Eco-Domino Concrete Paving Stones, 5.00 M Wide, With A One-Sided Inclination Of 2%. The Framing Of Section C-D Is Designed With Road Resistors, Which Should Be Placed On A Concrete Footing With Resistance C12/15. On Section C-D From The Intersection With Provincial Road No. 119, A 2.00 M Wide Sidewalk Has Been Designed, Which Should Be Framed With A Road Curb With A Clearance Of +12 Cm And A Concrete Edge With Dimensions. 8X30cm. Reconstruction Of Exitsthe Planned Investment Includes Reconstruction Of The Exits To The Property, Which Includes Hardening Of The Existing Gate Or Plot Boundary. The Entrances Are Designed With Widths Adapted To The Width Of The Existing Entrance Gates To The Property. The Slope Surfaces Are Designed With Graphite-Colored Concrete Cubes Measuring 20X10x8 Cm. The Border With Road Stops Measuring 12X25cm Was Designed Outside The Sidewalk. At The Existing Entrance Gates Or On The Border Of The Plot, Concrete Retainers With A Clearance Of +3 Cm Were Designed To Prevent Rainwater From Flowing From The Surface Of The Entrances Onto The Adjacent Plots. The Edges Of The Exit Are Designed With An Inclination Of 1:1 In Relation To The Edge Of The Road Over A Section Of 1.50 M. Drainagerainfall And Meltwater Will Be Drained On The Surface Within The Road Area. Road Lightingin Order To Install Street Lighting, A Lighting Connection Should Be Made From The Existing Zk1-1P Cabinet No. 0015574 And A Lighting Cabinet Should Be Installed, Which Will Be The Property Of The Pyrzyce Commune. The Designed Cable Should Be Routed Through The Designed Street Lamps And Terminated In The Last Pole. Park-Type Lighting Poles Made Of Anodized Aluminum, 5 M High. Place The Poles On A Prefabricated Concrete Foundation. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Program Assumptions And The Standard Of Execution Were Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swzz. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Scope Of Works Provided By The Ordering Party (Annex No. 8, Bill Of Quantities) Is Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, But Constitutes Only Auxiliary Material. Moreover, The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1 ) Cost Of Construction Security, Maintenance Of Construction Facilities, Surveying Services, 2) Appointment Of A Construction Works Manager, 3) As-Built Documentation, 4) Cost Of Electricity And Water And Other Utilities Necessary To Complete The Task. 5) Costs Of Occupying Road Lanes, 6) Execution And Agreeing, At Your Own Expense, On A Road Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction Works,7) Implementing Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, Ensuring Constant Access To Properties Located Along The Works Being Carried Out,8) Maintaining Communication Routes Occupied For The Purposes Of The Investment In A Condition Free From Communication Obstacles, Removing Unnecessary Materials And Waste On An Ongoing Basis And Ensuring Continuous Access To Developed Properties,9) Informing Road Users In Advance About Subsequent Communication Difficulties Related To The Progress Of Works And Implementing Appropriate Security And Marking Of The Work Area,10) Other Costs Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract , If The Contractor, Acting With The Utmost Professional Care, Should Have Foreseen Them.
