The Scope Of The Task Includes Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning With Remote Access For 24 Months Of An Intelligent Lighting Control System, Including 43 Controllers In Lighting Cabinets, 1,714 Controllers For Lighting Fixtures Placed In Poles Or Lighting Fixtures, 3 Photocells With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated Below . A Detailed List Of Locations Is Provided In Annex 5 To The Swz. 2. Requirements Regarding System Properties: Full Control And Management Of The System Via The Website, Location Of Controllers On A Map With Visualization Of The Operating Status (Available, Unavailable, Failure), Automatic Date And Time Synchronization, Automatic Change Of Summer/Winter Time, Gprs And Sms Communication, Possibility Of Programming Corrections Separately For Summer And Winter Time And Night Breaks, Min. Three Programmable Independent Outputs, Possibility Of Remote Programming Of Lighting Fixture Controllers Placed In Poles Or Lighting Fixtures Installed As Part Of This Task, Cooperation With A Twilight Switch Allowing For Immediate Response To Changes In Weather Conditions, User Authorization And The Possibility Of Differentiating Access Rights, Reporting Alarm States (Voltage Loss Power Supply, Opening The Cabinet) In Real Time To The Server Or Via Sms (Min. 5 Telephone Numbers), Possibility Of Management Via A Free Application, Possibility Of Creating And Managing Groups Of Controllers, Separate Lighting Operating Time Counter For Each Control Output, Possibility Of Emergency Remote Switching On / Switching Off The Lighting While Performing Service Work, Event Registration, Reporting System And Data Archiving, Remote Access To The Event History.3. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
