The Service Involves The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Packing, Transport And Disposal At A Hazardous Waste Landfill Of Asbestos-Cement Boards Deposited On Properties In The ubnice Commune In An Estimated Amount Of 35,904 M2 Weighing Approximately 538.56 Mg. Assuming That 1 M2 Of Roofing Made Of Asbestos-Cement Boards Weighs Approximately 15 Kg.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Regarding The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos.4. The Contractor Will Deposit The Collected Waste In Hazardous Waste Landfills Or In Separate Parts Of Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste Landfills.5. The Contractor Will Transport The Collected Asbestos-Containing Waste To A Waste Landfill Adapted For This Purpose For Disposal In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts, To Arrange A Date For The Collection Of Asbestos-Containing Products With The Owner Of The Property Where The Work Is To Be Performed. The Agreed Date For Collecting Asbestos-Containing Products Should Be Convenient For The Property Owner, But No Longer Than The Date Of Completion Of The Works.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Reliable Manner, Safe For People And The Environment, And In A Way That Minimizes The Emission Of Asbestos Dust Into The Environment - In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Law.
