Tenders Are Invited For Rops.Do.3321.20.2023 - Provision Of Hotel And Catering Services During Classes Organized By The Regional Center For Social Policy Of The l skie Voivodeship
Part I Hotel And Catering Services For Classes Entitled: Work With People Using Domestic Violence: The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Provided By Establishments Offering Meals And Accommodation Regarding The Management Of The Training Series Entitled: Work With People Using Domestic Violence, Which Will Take Place On October 2-4 And 16-18, 2023 For The First Group And On October 11-13 And 25-27, 2023 For The Second Group. Approximately 21 People Are Expected To Participate In Each Group (20 Participants And A Trainer). Therefore, The Training Lasts A Total Of 12 Working/Training Days For A Total Of 40 Participants And 2 Trainers (2 Training Groups) In The Following Arrangement: 3 Consecutive Days, Time Interval, And Another 3 Consecutive Days For Each Group. Each Time (I.E. On Each Of The Above-Mentioned Dates) The Service Includes: 2 Overnight Stays, 2 Breakfasts, 2 Dinners, 3 Lunches, 5 Coffee Breaks. In Addition, The Ordering Party Requires Assurance On Each Day Of The Above-Mentioned: Dates: 1 Training Room Comfortably Accommodating Approximately 25 People, Available On All Classes Days, Equipped With An Air Conditioning System (Portable Air Conditioners Are Not Allowed), Adapted To The Size Of The Group And Type Of Classes, With A Window And Access To Daylight. In Addition, The Room Must Have Appropriate Lighting And Temperature And Be Equipped With A Laptop/Notebook Compatible With A Multimedia Projector And A Sound System, A Table For The Projector, A Projection Screen Or A White Wall Of Appropriate Size, A Flipchart + Appropriate Sheets Of Paper And Pens, Chairs, Tables/ Tables. Classes Are Not Allowed In Rooms Where Meals Will Be Served (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
